Step 2 – Apply: Apply the Lip Elixir directly to your lips using the applicator. Glide from the center outward for immediate hydration and a high-shine finish.
Step 3 – Enhance: Use the Lip Elixir as a topper over Lip Liner STAY-N. After completing the liner steps (SET, PEEL, REVEAL), apply on top to enhance shine, volume, and contour for a fuller-looking pout.
