At SACHEU Beauty we want you to have the best experience possible. We therefore gladly accept products for exchange (US only), store credit or refund within 90 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be in unopened, original packaging in sellable condition and accompanied with proof of purchase.

1. Start a return here
2. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging to help reduce carbon footprint.
3. Attach your return label to the package. The label is provided on the confirmation page in the portal (for US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, France. For rest of World the return label will have to be purchased locally).
4. Drop off the package to your nearest carrier location. Please don't combine separate orders into one package, this will delay your return.
5. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once your items have been received and approved.
