SACHEU OFFERS SEAMLESS  RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS :)

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

During the Holiday season we want you to have the peace of mind that your nearest and dearest can take their time to return any item you have gifted them. Therefore we are extending our normal 90 day return policy further:

Any order placed between November 1 and December 31, 2024 can be returned until March 31, 2025.

See below for return instructions.

FOR USA ORDERS

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 90 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

  • When you return your purchase to SACHEU within 90 days of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Alternatively you can request an exchange as well.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 90 days.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

2. Indicate which items you are returning / exchanging

3. Our customer support will provide further instructions and make your return smooth and worry-free.

Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally, we instead offer a full money refund.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
