We provide 2 types of international shipments:
1. Duties Included (Recommended) - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a pre-calculated price that includes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees. There will be zero fees payable upon delivery by the courier meaning zero surprises for you. This is our recommended option and it also includes insurance on your parcel.
2. Duties Excluded - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a flat-rate shipping cost but this excludes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees, which will be determined by the carrier and payable to the courier upon delivery. We don't recommend this option as it often turns out to cost more than our innovative Passport service that includes duties. This service also includes insurance.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise they will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our warehouses on the following holidays:
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on sacheu.com, sign in to access My Account or check the tracking email that we sent you upon order dispatch.

Did you order from sacheu.com and your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you didn't receive it? We're happy to help you.
When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you are either not able to locate the package at your residence or it got stolen. In these cases, please note that Sacheu can not be held liable, we rely on your local domestic postal office for making sure these packages get properly delivered.
