It does not stain - I put it on, waited and then peeled. My lips looked the same. It made me sad to be honest cause I thought how nice it would be to not have to wear lipstick everyday.

It might help to start with clean, dry lips (no balm or moisturizer) before applying a thin, even layer and letting it dry for about 15–20 minutes before peeling. This usually helps the pigment adhere more evenly and last much longer.

I’ve tried about every tutorial to get this lip liner to not look patchy. Very disappointed! The colour comes off as darker than shown on the picture. Save your money and just get the Wonderskin tint.
