Apply: Apply a thin layer of liquid eyeshadow to the eyelid with the applicator, to achieve a bolder hue add another layer and blend with your fingertip or a brush.

I looove the smokey/ sultry look this eye shadow gives. It enhances an average everyday look and makes me feel so pretty!
