Nous sommes vraiment désolés d’apprendre ça — ce n’est pas du tout l’expérience que nous voulons offrir.

Pour que le produit tienne au mieux, l’application peut faire toute la différence (peau propre et sèche, bien laisser poser avant de retirer, éviter les baumes/soins juste avant, etc.). Mais on aimerait surtout comprendre ce qui n’a pas fonctionné pour vous.

N’hésitez pas à nous écrire avec un peu plus de détails (produit utilisé, routine, type de peau) — on sera ravis de vous aider à trouver une solution ou à arranger ça pour vous.

too thick; fades quickly; colors disappoint

The product is too thick to apply precisely. The color fades quickly; two hours after peeling and drying, it came off on a towel when I wiped my face. The color results were dull and unlike the pictures advertised.
