RETURN POLICY - 90 DAYS

At SACHEU Beauty we want you to have the best experience possible. We therefore gladly accept products for exchange (US only), store credit or refund within 90 days of purchase.

FOR USA ORDERS

  • Return or exchange your item(s) within 90 days of delivery
  • Exchange, Store Credit or Refund
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your shipment. Note that refunds may take up to 6 additional business days due to bank-processing times.
  • Return fee: $5, no additional cost for the return shipping label

  • Return your item(s) within 90 days of delivery

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start a return here
  2. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging to help reduce carbon footprint.
  3. Attach your return label to the package. The label is provided on the confirmation page in the portal (for US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, France. For rest of World the return label will have to be purchased locally).
  4. Drop off the package to your nearest carrier location. Please don't combine separate orders into one package, this will delay your return.
  5. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once your items have been received and approved.
