FACE GUA SHA

Apply a slip agent to the skin, this helps to avoid any irritation or pulling of the skin (we recommend using Slick Skin or your favorite facial oil!). In a scraping motion, start from the center of your face and scrape outwards. Use the small divot on nose bridge, in between brows, and jawline and larger edges on cheeks and forehead. When finished, cleanse the tool with mild soap and warm water and store in the included bag, or on the Sacheu Tools Stand.

BODY GUA SHA

Apply a slip agent to the skin, this helps to avoid any irritation or pulling of the skin (we recommend using Slick Skin or your favorite body massage oil). Scrape in one direction, always towards your heart, aiming for the lymph nodes in your body. For example, from the wrist to the inner elbow or the ankles to behind the knee. When finished, cleanse the tool with mild soap and warm water and store in the included bag, or on the Sacheu Tools Stand.
