The SACHEU Lockstep Workout Challenge Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by SACHEU Beauty ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITYThe Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIODThe Sweepstakes begins on July 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on July 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTERDuring the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must:
  • Follow @sacheubeauty on both Instagram and TikTok.
  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Post one (1) original public video, 30–60 seconds in length, featuring SACHEU Lockstep Setting Spray during a workout or fitness class.
  • Tag @sacheubeauty in the post.
All entries must be original and created by the entrant. Entries that contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content, or that violate Instagram or TikTok Community Guidelines, may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZEOne (1) winner will receive:
  • One (1) fitness studio membership of the winner's choice, valued at up to $3,000 USD; and
  • One (1) complete SACHEU Beauty product collection.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $3,500 USD.If the winner's selected fitness studio membership is valued at less than $3,000 USD, the difference will not be awarded in cash or any other form. If the selected membership exceeds $3,000 USD, the winner is solely responsible for any costs exceeding the maximum prize value.Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTIONOne (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 24, 2026.Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONThe potential winner will be notified via direct message from the official @sacheubeauty Instagram or TikTok account within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.
The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winner before awarding the prize.
CONTENT LICENSEBy entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, repost, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the submitted content, together with the entrant's name, likeness, image, voice, and social media handle, in any media now known or later developed for advertising, marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
PUBLICITY RELEASEExcept where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, photograph, social media handle, submitted content, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
GENERAL CONDITIONSSponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
RELEASE OF LIABILITYBy participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
PLATFORM DISCLAIMERThis Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or TikTok.
PrivacyInformation collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Governing LawThese Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
