Are your products cruelty-free?
We are 100% cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with partners and manufacturers who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell your products on my own site?
Unfortunately not, your purchase of SACHEU BEAUTY products is only for your personal use. By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
What makes SACHEU BEAUTY's Stainless Steel products so special?

Well, we're glad you asked!

Other beauty rollers and gua sha products are typically made of porous stones like rose-quartz and jade that can easily trap bacteria in their grooves. Worse, the mining of these stones has a large carbon footprint and a highly negative impact on the environment.

SACHEU Beauty’s 100% stainless steel tools are non-porous and anti-bacterial, as well as recyclable and non-toxic, minimizing their environmental impact. To top it off, our packaging is made with FSC certified recycled cardboard. Making the entire experience friendly to skin, and to the planet.

Why did we start SACHEU Beauty?

As a teenager, Sarah was looking for solutions to her skin problems that really worked. Instead she found a sea of misinformation and myths driven by clean beauty marketing and DIY skincare (remember lemon and baking soda masks? YIKES).

Years later, her options for gentle and effective skincare are still terribly limited. Now, with her experience as a beauty Youtuber reviewing the best products the industry has to offer and supported by an engaged beauty community, she decided to start a community-driven brand that truly represents the needs of real skincare enthusiasts with products that REALLY work.

And that's how SACHEU BEAUTY started! :)

How do I make a return for USA Orders?

FOR USA ORDERS

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

When you return your purchase to sacheu.com by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

HERE'S HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)
  1. Go to sacheu.returnscenter.com and enter your order # and the email address that you used to place the order
  2. Indicate which items you are returning /exchanging
  3. You can either choose to download our discounted USPS return label or you can choose to ship the return using your own preferred method.
  4. Seal up the box and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.
  5. Once you’ve created a return label and have shipped your return package back to us, you can track your return via sacheu.returnscenter.com

Look out for an email confirmation - we’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

How do I make a return for International Orders?
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We only offer money refunds on orders shipped internationally, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees such as duties and import taxes.

In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the SACHEU BEAUTY refund to appear on your account.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt and also offer exchanges.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Does SACHEU BEAUTY ship internationally?

Yes we offer super fast and affordable shipping solutions worldwide to be able to serve every single fan we possibly can!

Does SACHEU Beauty ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

Alternatively, to track an order on sacheu.com, sign in to access My Account and track your order there.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Due to technical limitations you are only able to use 1 promo code per order.

What forms of payment does SACHEU BEAUTY accept?

We accept all major creditcards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.

International Orders - Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

We provide 2 types of international shipments: 1. Duties Included (Recommended) - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a pre-calculated price that includes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees. There will be zero fees payable upon delivery by the courier meaning zero surprises for you. This is our recommended option and it also included insurance for your parcel in case it gets lost. 2. Duties Excluded - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a flat-rate shipping cost but this excludes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees, which will be determined by the carrier and payable to the courier upon delivery. We don't recommend this option as it often turns out to cost more than our innovative Passport service that includes duties.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You’ll have the option to cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting support@sacheu.com. After 60 minutes, our warehouse team is already processing and picking the order so it will be near impossible to make changes to it. In any case, email support@sacheu.com and we’ll help find a workable solution.
