What makes SACHEU BEAUTY's Stainless Steel products so special?

Other beauty rollers and gua sha products are typically made of porous stones like rose-quartz and jade that can easily trap bacteria in their grooves. Worse, the mining of these stones has a large carbon footprint and a highly negative impact on the environment.

SACHEU Beauty’s 100% stainless steel tools are non-porous and anti-bacterial, as well as recyclable and non-toxic, minimizing their environmental impact. To top it off, our packaging is made with FSC certified recycled cardboard. Making the entire experience friendly to skin, and to the planet.

Why did we start SACHEU Beauty?

As a teenager, Sarah was looking for solutions to her skin problems that really worked. Instead she found a sea of misinformation and myths driven by clean beauty marketing and DIY skincare (remember lemon and baking soda masks? YIKES).

Years later, her options for gentle and effective skincare are still terribly limited. Now, with her experience as a beauty Youtuber reviewing the best products the industry has to offer and supported by an engaged beauty community, she decided to start a community-driven brand that truly represents the needs of real skincare enthusiasts with products that REALLY work.

How do I make a return for USA Orders?


You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

When you return your purchase to by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

  3. You can either choose to download our discounted USPS return label or you can choose to ship the return using your own preferred method.

How do I make a return for International Orders?

We only offer money refunds on orders shipped internationally, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees such as duties and import taxes.

In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the SACHEU BEAUTY refund to appear on your account.

Does SACHEU Beauty ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

International Orders - Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

We provide 2 types of international shipments: 1. Duties Included (Recommended) - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a pre-calculated price that includes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees. There will be zero fees payable upon delivery by the courier meaning zero surprises for you. This is our recommended option and it also included insurance for your parcel in case it gets lost. 2. Duties Excluded - when you choose this shipment type during checkout we will show a flat-rate shipping cost but this excludes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees, which will be determined by the carrier and payable to the courier upon delivery. We don't recommend this option as it often turns out to cost more than our innovative Passport service that includes duties.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You’ll have the option to cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting After 60 minutes, our warehouse team is already processing and picking the order so it will be near impossible to make changes to it. In any case, email and we’ll help find a workable solution.

What is Route Shipping Protection?
Adding Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is easy! Simply click "REWARDS" in the top menu and follow the instructions. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit, log-in to your account (or create an account!) and click the 'Redeem Now' button to redeem your chosen reward. A discount code will then be revealed. Copy paste this code and apply it at checkout!
How do points convert to dollars?
$5.00 Off = 100 POINTS $10 off = 200 POINTS $15 Off = 300 POINTS $20 Off = 400 POINTS Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 always = $5.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service by emailing and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
I've earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?
If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend at over the span of a year! For the Silver Tier, you must spend $100. For the Gold Tier, you must spend $300. Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks: Try to refresh your browser. Try to log out and then back in to your account. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message. The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once. If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit.
I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?
Thank you so much for sharing SACHEU Beauty with your friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under ways to earn points at On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day! *Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it?
We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program! However, in order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday.
